The Public Administration and Civil Service Authority (PACSA), is a state organization working at central level within the organizational structure of the Prime Minister's Office.The PACSA acts as an advisory role for the government in the management and improvement of governmental organizations. The focus is especially on the three main branches currently under the guidance of newly designated Chairperson, Madame Bounpheng Mounphoxay, Vice-minister to the PMO. The branches include Local Administration and Municipality, Civil Service Management, and Public Administration Development.
